Answering enquiries, providing general tourism information, operating the website. If analytics is configured later and the visitor consents, affiliate performance and traffic measurement may also occur.
Legal basis

Current storage status
There is currently no own backend database. The contact form sends data only when NEXT_PUBLIC_CONTACT_FORM_ENDPOINT is configured (e.g. Formspree, Web3Forms). Without it, the form does not transmit data – contact via email is available.
Data transfer
Actual booking and payment always take place on an external partner website. The partner’s own privacy policy applies there. Clicking an external partner link takes you away from Via Elunara.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, objection, data portability (where applicable), and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Send requests to the email address on the website.
Cookies
Necessary cookies: basic website operation (e.g. storing cookie consent). Statistical cookies: only after explicit acceptance, if analytics is enabled. Marketing/affiliate measurement cookies: only after explicit acceptance, if configured later. No marketing or analytics scripts are active by default.
